1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the SheetIntel service at sheetintel.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SheetIntel provides AI-powered construction plan review software that analyzes uploaded PDF plan sets to identify scope gaps, coordination conflicts, and specification issues. The service is provided "as is" for informational and productivity purposes.

Important: SheetIntel's AI analysis assists estimators and project managers in identifying potential issues for further human review. It does not constitute professional engineering, architectural, or legal advice. All review output should be verified by a qualified construction professional before acting on it.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You may not share your account with others or resell access to the service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of construction plan files you upload to SheetIntel. By uploading files, you grant SheetIntel a limited license to process those files for the purpose of providing the review service.

You represent that you have the right to upload the files you submit — either as the document owner or with authorization from the document owner.

We do not share your uploaded files with third parties or use them to train AI models without your explicit consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use SheetIntel to:

  • Upload files you do not have authorization to share
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary AI models
  • Circumvent usage limits or account restrictions
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Billing and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — your access continues through the end of the paid billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time on monthly plans.

7. Limitation of Liability

SheetIntel's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The service is provided without warranty of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
