Account information: Email address, password (hashed, never stored in plain text), and account preferences when you register.

Uploaded files: Construction plan sets (PDFs) you upload for review. These files are processed by our AI and stored securely. We do not share your plan files with third parties.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the application — used to improve the product.

Payment information: Processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the SheetIntel plan review service
• To process your plan uploads and return review results
• To communicate about your account, billing, and product updates
• To diagnose technical issues and improve system reliability
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded plan files to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

Account information is retained while your account is active. Uploaded plan files are retained for 90 days after upload, after which they are deleted from our systems. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from your account settings.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for uploaded files, and hashed storage for passwords. We conduct periodic security reviews of our systems.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, and security
• Resend — transactional email

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their data practices.

7. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your personal data, request deletion of your account and data, or opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting privacy@sheetintel.com.

We may update this privacy policy periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised.
